Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed six windows (three in licensed dining area and three in licensed living room) with inner cords and pull cords capable of forming a loop and posing a risk of strangulation. (2)(b) During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the stairs leading to the unlicensed second floor without a pressure gate and accessible to children. (4)(f)
